Tray dryer divided into two types:
S.B. Panchal & Co’s Unisafe series of tray drying system are designed specifically keeping in mind the safety considerations required when drying solvents based pharmaceutical powders/granules or tablets which if not taken in consideration can lead to explosion.
Though safety is a prime design consideration the system is very simple and complies easily with GMP norms critical for pharmaceutical manufacturing units.
Unique air distribution system comprising of distribution baffles ensures that the drying quality is uniform throughout the height of the trolley. Flexible and modular air handling unit ensures that the installation of the machine is possible even in most trying site conditions.
Safety is the utmost important design consideration in design of “UNISAFE” Dryers
S.B. Panchal & Co’s “UNIQUICK” series of tray drying system are designed specifically for very high moisture laden materials which take unduly long hours to dry typically beyond 12 to 16 hours.
“UNI-QUICK’s” air conditioning system comprises of controlling the moisture content of the air re-circulating within the drying chamber.
Dryer air within the chamber helps the product to leave the moisture fast, cutting down cycle times and giving better product quality even at lower drying temperatures.
Flexible and modular air handling units ensure that the installation of the machine is possible even in the most trying site conditions.
