S.B.Panchal & Co. has been consistently serving the pharmaceutical industry since 1947. Over the years we have continuously innovated our designs, so that we can serve our customers in a better way.

The Past :

Established in 1947, Shri Chaturlal B. Panchal started a workshop catering to fabrication needs in the middle of raw material market in the erstwhile pre-independent India. Starting from a humble workshop the fabrication skills got him in touch with many a good machine manufacturers who came into India from the West to explore this democratic independent economy. With contracts from Kilburn (Tray Dryer Manufacturing) and Sapphire Machines Pvt. Ltd. (Fluid Bed Dryers) which lasted for years only speaks of the consistency in delivery in those earlier days.

The Present :

The second generation of the company took the image from a mere fabrication contractors to quality machine manufacturers for Fluid Bed Dryers, Tray Dryer and special purpose machines through the ear of sixties to ninetees. Mr. A.C. Panchal who is a Mechanical and Electrical engineer with his brother’s support created a brand S.B. PAnchal synonymous with trouble-free Drying Systems.

The Future :

With the third generation joining the business, the new millennium saw the inclusion of Mr. Hiren Panchal, a masters in chemical engineering (IIT Bombay) and Mr. Dharmik Panchal, a production engineer (VJTI Mumbai) into the family run business. The early years saw the brothers mostly handling the Installation and Commissioning at site so that they can have a direct feedback from clients. Later years saw them developing new products and systems fro pharmaceuticals coating applications.

Not limiting its process knowledge to the doors of its won R & D, the company has also collaborated with leading pharmaceutical research institutes, research laboratories and research pharmacists, creating a non-linear database of process technologies and professional specializing in pharmaceutical process integration.
